The story written on the road...

I'm turning the page today... this chapter is finished. My first classroom experience was rewarding and very valuable. I learned so much! But it's time to take the experience with me and leave the classroom behind now.

Now in front of me lies the blank, first page of the next chapter. This blank page looks an awful lot like a road! Time to travel to Washington! I'm really looking forward to watching the scenery change as I travel across the country. I've always wanted to take a road trip across the country, to visit the great national parks along the way, to visit the Pacific Ocean, to travel through the Rockies. I appreciate your prayers as me and my family drive! I'll try to remember to take lots of pictures for those of you who would like to become virtual travelers through this blog!

For starters, here is my Indiana picture... flat, flat, flat with lots of corn, silos, and farm houses!

First stop? Chicago!
